These Terms of Service govern your use of Ringman's services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Ringman provides AI-powered business communication automation services including call answering, SMS messaging, appointment management, and review management for contractors and trades businesses.

2. Subscription and Payment

Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing period. You may cancel at any time with 30 days notice. No refunds are provided for partial months.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Ringman's services only for lawful business purposes. You may not use our services to:

Send unsolicited messages to individuals who have not consented

Violate any applicable federal, state, or local laws

Transmit spam, fraudulent, or misleading content

Violate the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) or CAN-SPAM Act

4. SMS Compliance

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have proper consent from their customers before sending SMS messages through Ringman's platform. All SMS communications must comply with applicable regulations including the TCPA and carrier guidelines.

Required Opt-In Language: When collecting customer phone numbers, you must include language such as: "By providing your phone number, you agree to receive automated text messages from [Business Name] regarding your service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe."

5. Limitation of Liability

Ringman's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 30 days. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for violation of these terms.
